This was yet another wedding that was originally supposed to take place last year, so finally getting to celebrate with William and Courtney was so, so special – it was worth the wait! They got married at one of my favorite venues, Ashton Hill Farm in Cedar Rapids, had a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and danced late into the night with their favorite people. Every wedding amazes me how different and unique each one is compared to the next, just like the couple, and William and Courtney’s day was a fun one, that’s for sure!

William was so nervous right before the first look, but when he saw her, his face lit up and the tears came…it was so sweet, and I think he surprised himself with his emotions! When the bride and groom first get to see each other on the wedding is usually my favorite moment of the day, and this was especially so! You can know so much about a couple and their love for each other just by the way they look at each other, and you could tell these two were in basically in heaven all day!
