I’ve already written a post on the bridal details each bride should have ready for her photographer, but what about the groom’s details?! Most grooms probably won’t care about these photos at all, but sometimes his details are just as important as the bride’s! If your fiancé is one that doesn’t care about having these photos at all, that’s okay – I can simply focus on the bride’s details! BUT, if the groom has anything especially unique, customized, or special to their relationship, then those items might be worth having ready for photos! I’ve had grooms have unique cuff links, hand-painted shoes, unique socks, etc. and it was so cool to get to document those tiny details! Yes, these photos aren’t nearly as important as family photos, the ceremony, etc., but it is fun to have photos of the unique things that make your wedding day so special and different!

So, here’s a list of items for the guys (or the ladies if they’re gathering them!)! Stick these items with the bridal details, and I’ll conquer them all at once! I mentioned this in the bridal details blog post, but the same applies for the men: you may not be using all of these items, and there might also be items that you would like me to take pictures of that aren’t on this list! This is just a place to start, then you can brainstorm yourself other items that are unique to your wedding day!
